Pastor Ring Leads Morning Chapel
Chapel
Students attend chapel five days a week at Christ Lutheran school. Ordained faculty members lead the services using the Evangelical Lutheran Hymnary. Each week a section of Luther’s Small Catechism is featured, along with a lesson from Scripture. Mon/Tue/Thur services use the one page “Prime” liturgy. Wednesdays, the lengthier “Matins” is used with an extended homily on the week’s lesson. Fridays, Pastor Dale gives a brief introduction to the coming Sunday’s sermon.
